Location is amazing, right in the centre of the shopping precinct. Beds were super comfortable, rooms a reasonable size for Singapore, pool area on the rooftop is great. And breakfast is sensational. We had our 7yo sleep between us (which is expected in these rooms) and the king bed size was sufficient to fit the three of us. Shampoo and body wash in the room was so good. A bit pricey but you get great quality.

The location of the hotel was excellent - it is above the Orchardgateway shopping centre and there is an MRT station onsite. The room service was good and well priced and the lady who delivered it was lovely and very friendly. Check in was relatively easy and they were able to partially accommodate our early check in request. The pool was great - right on the roof top overlooking the city.

The staff were exceptional . We had the pleasure of meeting Wilfred in the Club Lounge whom made our stay memorable. All the staff were welcoming and when we needed information on the area they would help.

Best location, situated right above an MRT (train station) and in the middle of the Orchard Road shopping district. Roof top pool was a hit, we watched Saturday night fireworks from the roof. Full panorama of the city.

Just one night at Jen Orchard Gateway as a stopover on the way back to the UK. We had a v late flight back and the hotel allowed us to check out at 2pm. Its very well set up for guests to stay around, as it has huge lockers, showers and a fantastic rooftop pool & bar. We were up there from 2-7pm, with lovely food, comfortable beds, a nice pool and great views. Also, whilst the room was a little small, the bed was the most comfortable we had on a 3 week trip. Great shower too

The hotel location was very good. I could come to the hotel by one bus directly from the airport. And it stopped almost in front of the hotel. The room was big, nice and comfortable. I liked a special tap for filtered drinking water. Breakfast was good and there was a big variety of food offered. On the last day we even got special paper bags to take some sanwiches away. We also liked the rooftop pool area. The pool was not very deep but the views from the top were beautiful. The pool was open untill 10 pm and the pool bar even one hour longer. I will recomend this hotel to all of my friends visiting Singapore in the future.

The pool and the pool area was fabulous. The breakfast was top class with lots of choice. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were nice. Metro right next door to hotel

The highlight was the poolside view of Singapore! Beautiful poolside deco and setting; it was even more fascinating in the night. The gym is sufficiently equipped with drinking water made available. It is in a prime location of Orchard Road, next to the Gateway shopping mall n also within walking distance to the Somerset MRT (public transport) which is a selling point! We enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend this hotel if it is within your travel budget.
